CANCELATION POLICY

We have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Please call 24 hours before your appointment to cancel. Full treatment costs will be charged for any missed appointments without prior 24 hour notification.

NEW 2020: Illness Policy

Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak we are asking patients to NOT come to the clinic if any of the following are applicable:

  • Travel to China within the past 14 days.

  • Close contact with a person known/suspected to be infected with COVID-19 within the past 14 days.

  • Healthcare workers who have been in contact with patients known/suspected to be infected with COVID-19 within the past 14 days.

  • Fever (oral temperature 100.4° or higher) within the past 24 hours. Please do not consider yourself fever-free until temperature has been normal for at least 24 hours without the use of Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Advil (ibuprofen).

  • Shortness of breath or active/uncontrollable cough that is not caused by another condition (for example congestive heart failure or allergies).

If any of these situations is applicable to you, our usual 24 hour cancelation policy will not apply.

We are implementing this policy in an effort to safeguard the health of all our patients, many of whom are immunocompromised.
